This is quite true, I live not too far from the waterford - kilkenny road and there is a steady flow of traffic in both directions, waterford registrations and all.
Its just normal that thsi happens, people from kilkenny work in carlow and tipp and wexford too, and vice -versa.
Seems like an obvious fact - also the relevant sizes of the industries in the two cities dictate which direction the most traffic will obviously flow.

Can the people of kilkenny not entertain the rest of the country by continuing to discuss whether or not kilkenny is a city. Its been clearly stated what kilkenny is and is not.
