Bought 2 packs for €1.99 in Tesco over the weekend and hooked on 'em. Gotta buy some more at lunch tomorrow.

Only tried Salt & Balsamic Vinegar flavour - any recommendations on the other flavours?

They taste the way crisps (or more specifically, "chips") are supposed to.. being crunchy and all!

    Yum!

As already mentioned - Salsa & Mesquite. The New York Cheddar (or whatever cheese it is) is also quite good.

More specifically? Don't you mean more Americanly?

Yeah... i guess More Americanly is what i meant.

Always had real crunchy crisps when in US / Canada and could never find anything to rival them over here.... now i have!

Any other brands doing those kinds of crunchy chips?

look for crisps in large bags that claim to be hand made and cooked in sunflower oil.

Even if this isnt true ive always found this to be an excellent mark of the quality of the crisp.

Fúck, i could go for a huge bag of them sea salt type pan fried ones now

Love these! Currently addicted to the mozzarella and oregano flavour. The tomato and basil ones are nice too.

You should keep an eye out for Tyrrell and Burts crisps both are "homemade" nice and crunchy. The Tyrrell root vegetable crisps are delicious. Both sadly are quite expensive with Burts selling in certain places for 1.50 a 50g bag!

I thought I read recently that the Tyrell crisps are actually handmade!! As in the guy grows the spuds, slices them and fries them before packing them in bags. hence the price...

Lild sell fake Kettle chips called Handmade Crisps - the bag is similar and they're really crunchy and cheap!
