win 95 processes

Anyone have any experience working with processes in win95, so far the only way i have been able to refer to them is by the module name, i cant use pid's, what can i do with a process handle as far as getting window titles etc is concerned? i thought only NT allowed you to see the pids
of windows tasks..
never dealt with 95 programming wise.
