Looking for advice on liquid cooling

I am shortly purchasing an X2 athlon 64 3800+ dual core processor, if you read up on it you can overclock it pretty well and it gives fantastic performance for its price, I am looking to get a liquid cooling system for it and the best motherboard ram combo too, does anyone have any advice on this as I am a complete newbie…
