It is like a form of handball where you have a unit strapped to your arm to catch and project the ball with. It is popular in parts of Spain and France. There are different variations of it.

Umm, Gaelic is the native language of Scotland. Irish or Gaeilge (pronounced gwael-ge) is the native language of Ireland. But it is a really easy mistake to make. It confused me when I was a kid. If you want to learn a bit do it, but only a tiny percentage of the country actually speak it. The rest of us just resent having had to study it in school.

Don't know if you'll find too many keg parties. I've never been to one, but you'll find plenty with cans, bottles, spirits, smoke and pills.
