    Windows clients / Windows servers.

    Looking for a system where users have to enter details or choose from a picklist before they can create new documents. Also it should keep several previous revisions of the documents too.
    Something like a form and public folders in Exchange but I just don't even want to think about THAT because I want the files to be stored in an existing hierarchial folder structure.

    Anything out there ?
