Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Changes to Routes 42 and 42A

Following consultation with local representatives and community groups, Dublin Bus are pleased to announce the following changes to Routes 42 and 42A from Sunday 7th August 2005:

* A 30% increase in capacity and the provision of a more reliable service.

* The Route 42 terminus at Malahide (Seamount) will be extended to Portmarnock (Sands Hotel).

* All departures from the Coast Road (Malahide) terminus will operate via Seabury in both directions.

* In addition to the weekday service to Beaumont Hospital, Route 42A will now serve Beaumont Hospital on Saturday and Sunday.

* All Route 42A departures will now terminate at Beaumont Hospital and operate via Blunden Drive.

* Extra early morning departures on Route 42 - from Malahide at 06:30 from the Coast Road via Seabury and from the City Centre at 06:30 and 07:00.

* Two extra early morning departures on Routes 42A and 42B - 07:05 from City Centre to Beaumont Hospital (42A) and 06:25 from Blunden Drive to City (42B).
