Ok, I think I understand... the anime in question is called "Chosoku Spinner" Which anidb translates as Super Speed Spinner. It does not list any groups which have subbed this, which means your search could be futile. Anidb does not have lists of ALL the fansubbing groups, nor all their releases, but it's quite extensive. Good luck finding it anyway.
