Bring back capital punishment?

Does anyone think it's time we brought back capital punishment in this country? Alot of people seem to be exasperated with the justice system in this country and there seems to be a perception that criminals are a bigger danger now more than ever. Every day we seem to hear reports of either a murder,a vicious assault, etc.…
