Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    We're looking for people (preferrably but NOT neccesarily Dublin based) to work with us on a music docu/magazine film project on unsigned/independant artists.

    Bascially what we need are 2 more camera ops with their own camera that can attend music events and film the gigs / interviews with the bands/artists.

    Film stock and so forth will be provided. It's a project that will hopefully make it to the DVD stage (if not further) and everyone is working on this project with the ethos of helping to promote independant bands/artists as well as gaining experience in film production and not for monetary gain.

    I'm happy that this isn't a con or anything else. I would warn you to be careful if you decided to help out. It appears to be a non-profit film to begin with, but may be sold/distributed later. So if you work on it, try work out an arrangement/Contract so you dont end up being shafted.

    I assure you I'm not looking for cheap labour (I wouldnt cheapen the profession like that) I just dont want to give out all the information about this on a public forum.

    Suffice to say that its a project thats being worked on in conjunction with CPU (www.cpu.ie) on various artists no ones getting paid for it. My company have nothing to do with this (its just the email address I use).
