you shouldnt brush your teeth it brushes off enamel so have a stick of carrot or celary, they produce saliva, and help clean your teeth!

For how long must you not brush them? A hygienic man like me must brush at some stage. Are we talking half an hour or so?

Oopsies, I'd have a glass of sunny D some mornings and then go up to brush my teeth soon after.

I'd say most people wouldn't be drinking coke or the like too soon before beddy bye-byes.

yeah, thats why ya use a carrot or a celery stick, it makes you produce more saliva, which breaks down some of the plaque
