Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Camera linked to PC

I purchased an X10 wirelss camera and wireless receiver (From the U.S.) and hooked it up to my pc using a Hauppauge - 1940003-USB Live . I basically want to use it as a simple security camera to record when it detects motion.
Now my problem is that using WinTV2000 or any other product I have, I keep getting a white line moving down the screen. The line travels from top to bottom every 2 seconds. This means I cannot use any software to detect motion as the frame keeps changing and the software picks up the white line as movement.

Have any of you got an idea what is causing this or how do I stop it. I have tried changing some settings but no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have found one of these Hauppauge 1940003-USB Live in a box of my computer stuff. What is it and what can I use it for?
