I didnt set it up at the inital setup, Can i do it now? Is it easy/difficult or should i just stick to TS?

Why not have both?

TS is fine for clans and if you always play on the same server, but VOIP is the only way to go when you play around on other servers (even if less thzn 1% actually use it!)
