    Lo,

I'm doing a HTML validator in JAVA for my final project and the plan is to open the HTML file and compare it's HTML to a file with the standard.

Any thoughts on how or where to find some help? I have a basic program that'll open the file and display it, but I'm none too sure where to go from here with regards the text parsing.

    All the best,

    Dav

Well netscape is open source so you could plough through all its code for parsing html.
    Available at www.mozilla.org somewhere.
