Redz is awful!!!!

The second-last time I was there, my phone got sto... *cough*... went missing. Two of my friends' phones have also got sto... went missing in the place.

The last time I was there, I slipped on a puddle of spilled beer, put my hand out on a bar to break my fall and smashed a pint glass with my hand. Later on another guy fell on the exact same spot!! (That was funny though )

Tonight, the foreign guy in the bathroom was being slagged off by the skank that the nightclub attracts!! (idiots like me, obviously!!) The music is just old bullcrap... Usher "Yeah" and Kelis vs Michael Jackson... There are other songs, ffs!!! :rolleyes:

I was draggggggged there tonight and seriously that's the last time I step foot in there! (No, seriously!!)

Never been there but must agree about the constant sh*te that DJs in clubs play. I've only heard 1 decent set in the past six months and that was in the Palace on a Saturday night.

yeah i agree, its a dive.

the pod/crawdaddy is class. it's BIG (3 rooms) and has a very big smoking area and very cute bouncers

Thats what you get for goign to a scum infested hole in Dublin.

Palace can play decent music sometimes. However its still filled with a lot of the undesireables. It seems as thought the white shirt, blue jeans, white socks and black shoes wearning scum of the city infest a lot of places that were once good.

However Redz was never good.

Bank holiday monday is was ok, but tahts cos it was only half full and the skum was busy drinking in wexford. Otherwise I'll never be in there again.

I agree Redz is a dump, but generally any nightclub around that area is, except for Traffic.

Redz is sh!te. Crap crowd, crap music (same old r'n'b crap), expensive..... it's just crap.

About a year or more ago everyone were being refused there left, right and centre by the arrogant doormen. A few months ago me and a few mates decided to give it a try and we go up to the bouncers and they started calling us by our first names, acting as if they have known us all of our lives being so OTT friendly. We thought that was odd but we find out why.......... the place was completely empty on a friday night! People simply aren't going there any more.

Ah at least it's nowhere near as bad as Barcode........ that's another rant for another day! :eek:

Redz reminds me of small town nightclubs out the country, such is the cheese of the music

What I hate most about Redz is that, every time Ive went in there has been decent rap playing, and im thinking "hmm, maybe it will actually be decent tonight"

After 10 mins of quality rap, the cheese is unleashed. Crap from the soundtracks of ancient films like Grease that gets a pile of **** out on the floor dancing around their handbags

In short, Ive been there about 6 times, only 1 was decent

As for it being scum infested, I always found it was more infested with D4 **** with no music taste, hence the lack of rap after 10 mins
