Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Bret's DVD - Matches

    So what matches do you hope will appear on Bret's DVD? I don't think they have confirmed them yet. Some matches I would hope to see would be:

    - Bret vs British Bulldog for the IC title at Summerslam

    - Bret vs Ric Flair when he won the title

    - Bret vs Owen Hart at WM X.

    - Bret vs Shawn Michaels in Iron Man match

    What matches do you want to see?

    Well, there are three that I would consider essential that you didn't mention:

    Bret Hart Vs Chris Benoit, the Owen Hart memorial match from Nitro.

    Bret Hart Vs Stone Cold Steve Austin, Wrestlemania 13.

    Bret Hart Vs Shawn Michaels, Survivor Series '97. They could hardly leave out THAT one, could they?

    While I don't really remember many of his matches, I dope they include some Hart Foundation matches too. For some reason, Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart was my first ever favourite back when I was seven.

    Geez there so many but some that I'd love to see that have n't been mentioned would be

    Bret v Mr. Perfect at either Summerslam '91 or at King of the Ring '93
    Bret v Owen cage match at Summerslam '94
    Bret v Roddy Piper at Wrestlemania 8
    Bret V HBK at Survivor Series '93
    Bret v Yokozuna at wrestlemania 10 (a classic bret hart match it was n't but it was still a brilliant moment nonetheless)
    He even put on a great match against Kevin Nash a few times which is an achievement in itself too. The list is endless and I too would like to see at least 2 Hart foundation matches on the dvd. I think thier match against against the Demolition at Summerslam (the second one whatever year it was the 2 out of 3 falls one) is a must. God now that I think of it the Hart foundaton v The brainbusters Tully Blanchard and Arn Anderson at summerlsam '89 was great too.

    I know I'm going way off the point here but recalling some of the matches of the Hart foundation it be cool if off the back of the 80s wrestling dvd out now they could release one on the tag matches of the late 80s early 90s in the WWE. I won't hold my breath on that one but there really was 8 or 9 teams that were just excellent. Maybe thats just nostalgia creeping in but I don't think so.

    I would indeed include Bret V Austin at WM13.

    Can't believe I forgot that. :o
