Bumper for 98 VW Polo

Hi does anyone know where I could get a cheap Front bumper for a green 98 VW Polo H/B. Some idiot (with a tow-bar) reversed into my car & burst a whole through my bumper. I now want to sell my car, it's immaculate, & shining like a new penny but it's all spoiled by the bumper. Any suggestions?
