need to save a file as excel 5.0

get the person who sent it to you to save it as an excel 5.0 i heard of a util for old versions that will convert newer versions but apparently it didn't work to well... can't quite remember the name of it

I have a EXCEL98 results file that was sent to me from a mac. I converted it with Aladdin Expander but now i need to save it as an Excel 5.0 file (my version). Any ideas or other ways around it please.....

no luck unfortunaly..
i just found out that for some reason my two week old comp was shipped with Excel 97
Dell.. what a bunch of losers

Hmmm, I thought when you buy from dell you don't get a company that drops boxes................ maybe they'll send someone around with Excel 98
