Dear viewer,

Single room to let from September 1st in large spacious house, sharing with two people, one female(me), one male, both 26 years of age. It has super mod cons including 4 laptops and one computer, all with internet access. House phone available also. Spacious kitchen with washing/drying machine and all the mod cons you need including top of the range coffee machine and more.

The rent is only 260 per month and is close to a new shopping centre and cinema. 15 mins walk into the city centre. House always clean but we do accept messers! The house is available for viewing straight away but moving in date is the 1st of September.
