Quitting Netsmart

Im after getting broadband and am looking to cancel my netsmart connection! I cant seem to get in touch by phone (whenever I ring I get their message telling me their opening hours etc which I am ringing during). If anyone knows how to do it or a better forum for me to post this in please tell me! :)

You're better off writing them a letter anyway, BT are notorious for lost and forgotten cancellations.

Why Beecher, because of the band? Or are you actually a Beecher?
