ATA with QOS

Could anyone give me any suggestions for an ATA (only) with QOS? Have NTL and a Netgear WGR614 v5, which has all the ports & wireless, so I really only need the basic ATA & QOS to run my dect basestation. Most of the threads seem to recommend bundling with the router but thats more than I need (unless it's the same price).…

There is a very outside chance of a cisco ata-186 - I assume that would suffice if I could get too?
