Voice + better Ireland map for PPC

I have MS voice command. I notice it can talk certain items which are not keywords (eg. appointment details). However there is no way to get it to talk on other apps. Is there an app that will do this? I also have M&T Dublin for getting around dublin (for driving). Its a nice app but seriously lacking outside of Dublin.…
