Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Go to the Dublin Civic Offices on Wood Quay... if you go around to the side where Christ Church is you'll see a large open area with a big stone plinth in the middle.

If you go and stand right in the very middle of this plinth and shout in the direction of the buildings you'll hear this really cool amazing echo effect like none you have ever heard before.

That should keep you going for a few hours.

There's walking tours you can take from this guy, Pat Liddy

He has a slot on Newstalk 106 called Hidden Dublin and its great listening to it. So many interesting facts about the different places around Dublin.

Go to a few art galleries- The National, Hugh Lane, Red on Green, Douglas Hyde. Or go to the National History Museum.

Go on the Sea Safari. Ya gotta book in advance. Meant to be very good. www.seasafari.ie

Go to the IFC and see an obscure foreign film.

Take a bus up to the Dublin mountains.

Go on the Luas. (I haven't been on it yet myself! )
