are there any places in dublin city centre where they wont ask for yer parent or watever, cos im 16 and i want to get my lip pierced. so is there anyplace where 16 is all good and they wont ask u for parent consent or any crap like that

No reputable professional place will do it for you.

Parental consent is not crap, it is a legal requirement that protects a studio from prosecution under assault laws against a minor, which parents could easily prosecute if they so wished.
