Pan and tilt web cam

    I'm looking for a web cam that will allow a user to remotely tilt and pan the camera, along with zooming in and zooming out.

    All the cameras I have googled have "face following" technology, meaning the camera will follow you, but this is technically not what I want. I presume the camera would more likely fall into the security bracket than web cam, I am not sure. Ideally, it would be wired to the PC using USB, as the PC would need to record video and store it for later viewing.

    It's a fairly specialised project involving remote monitoring.

    Anyone got any recommendations?
