Hi there, Friend of mine has a nokia mobile phone with 02. All of a sudden she is able to receive incoming calls and texts but she cannot make any calls or send any texts. She has called 02 three times who state there is no problem. Anyone have any idea what is going on with it?

Yes its bill pay. (bill paid)
There is a signal (can receive incoming)
There is no call barrign on it (checked the status and states "not active).
02 state it is not suspended.
