prob browsing other PC via ICS

    Hi all,

    my setup as follows:

    IBB breeze into my dell tower via onboard ehternet (Shared...ICS)

    2nd NIC is a Netgear MA311 PCI wireless.

    I surf the net with my LIDL Targa laptop connected wireless via the netgear NIC etc etc. Works perfect!!!

    Both PCs are running xp home btw

    My only prob is, i can't browse the dells shared doc folder from the laptop, but i can browse the laptop from the dell.

    I do start>run and either \\computer name or \\IP address. Works one way, but not the other. Both workgroup names are identical. each computer has identical accounts stored in users.

    I tried ICS with XP PRO and a WIN2K today and each PC could browse shares each way no problem...even mapped drives.

    Any ideas folks? Much appreciated.
