Well I'm pretty amazed. I was worried going in today (thinking I'd fall short in English/French, or fail Irish), but I did way better than I had hoped. Chemistry is the only thing I fell short in, but I don't think I have much to feel bad about:

A friend of mine got a B3 while he had an A in his mocks - he was pretty disappointed in it

Irish(O) - B2 (not bad I guess, thought the exam went pretty poor. not using these points, though, so not important really)
English(H) - A2 (thrilled with this! I pretty much rewrote a sample comparative essay which I had memorised, in the exam, so I think that's why I got this grade )
Maths(H) - D2 (very disappointed with this! i was sure attempt marks would get me a much higher grade...thinking of getting it rechecked, but probably won't)
History(H) - C1 (not as good as I thought I would do, tbh. i'm normally crap at history essays, but i thought i did great in the exam! a couple of my mates got A's, so I'm resenting the f*ck out of them atm, lol)
Geography(H) - B3 (hah, my b*tch teacher said I should do pass! and I was only one doing honours who failed the mocks! now look at me! muah! muahah! muahahah! lol.. erm, happy with this)
Spanish(H) - C2 (I'm happy with this! I was so scared that I had failed, and it's been playing on my mind for a while, but this is pretty far from a fail, so I'm smilin!)
Physics(H) - C3 (I'm kinda disappointed with this.. I thought I did really good in the exam, and most of my friends thought they did crap. I might get this rechecked too, actually)

Overall, 410 points, assuming I added it up correctly the 4 times, lol. Pretty happy!

Business - B1 (down from 88 in mocks, a bit peeved)
French - B2 (happy with this, way up from my mocks (C3 iirc)...I put a LOT of effort into this)
History - C2 (one word - what?!?)
Geography - C2 (expected - the paper didn't "float my boat")
Economics - C1 (heh, my alternative seventh subject paid off - phew)

...total: 455. I needed 465. I'm no maths buff but... *Cries*

Of course that was years ago, but I just thought I'd get in on the act. My niece did pass everything this year. Good luck and congratulations to everyone. Think carefully about what you are going to do next. If you didn't do so well, remember there are many geniuses and millionaires out there who didn't do well in their exams either, but it didn't stop them.

Got 395 points and to be honest I'm a bit pissed off because I got screwed with Music. It should have been at least a B3 if not a B2.

Overall, I suppose I'm happy about it but the results aren't important to me.

That is horrible not only because it's a generally crappy result but I've missed out on my direct entry course by 5 ****ing points. I've already sent the application off to have my History,Maths,Economics and Geography rechecked.

The college have been nice enough to arrange for an interview for me so if I don't get the exact course I wanted I'll get a similar one except I have to do a wee maths test in the first week.
