lol I've not seen that pic before, I have to agree they do look a fair bit different out of costume.

Little Kaylee still looks the hot. But I have to say I do rather her the few extra pounds she puts on for the part. There always seems to be something very natural about her.

Kaylee looks awful there, she's too skinny. She looks all angular and pointy. Inara's hair looks better longer, the short look is too cutesy and she has a very elegant look.

And God, Adam Baldwin looks 1,000,000 times better with his beard.

I've seen the BDM (and got my poster signed by Jewel Staite afterwards!) and have to say I didn't notice Kaylee looking too skinny. She looked like Kaylee, maybe a bit slimmer but not as slender as Jewel looks in real life. Maybe it's the fact that she was on a big huge screen? So don't worry, she's not gone all skeletal starlet - she's still our cute little mechanic! AFAIR, nobody looks much different than the series, apart from Book who is dealing with the problem of having "too much hair" and his "brains being in danger" by adopting a different hairstyle.

Am I the only one who keeps finding themselves typing Kayless instead of Kaylee? I may be a Trek fan but I don't think I ever typed his name before. And now it keeps happening. Weird.
