    Brother got a Cd PLayer for 95 Corolla. Its a Goodmans GCE7355. The wiring config says Red= Ignition
    Black=Earth
    Orange= Perm Memory
    Orange/White= Auto Aerial
    and rest are speaker setup.
    The Memory orange wire is connected with the Red Ignition Cable. But the memory wont stay in the Cd player where exactly should the Orange Wire be connected too because there is no orange connection coming from the car connector?

    It needs a permanent live connection, if there are no other wires then it will require a little improvisation.

    It is very unusual though for a 95 car to not have a live stereo connection. Does it have an ISO block or are you connecting the stereo to the car by bare wires?

    What colour is the perm live connection?When i took out the old stero most of the wiring was shocking all cut and barely taped up.

    Sounds like some idiot cut out whatever connection was there originally.

    Unless you can get a look at a similar age Toyota there is no way for sure to tell what colour the wire is.

    The only thing you can do is to try each wire out by hooking them to the switched/ignition (+) with the ignition off and the correct (-) wire connected to see if any will power the radio, if one does then it is the permanent (+)
