If I trade in my car with a garage, what sort of documentation do I need to supply? I would assume proof of ownership, NCT, insurance, etc, but what exactly should I bring with me when I go to trade it in?

you will need to supply the vehicle licensing cert, nct cert if the car has one.Make sure the garage fills out a transfer of ownership for the car you are selling them so your name is taken off the vehicle, nearly all garages have a number supplied by the dept. of enviornment for this purpose, hope this helps.
