Cerque - please post your images no larger than 800pixels in width as they are difficult to view at that huge size.

    Thank you,

Thanks Cerque - great work - really unusual. Also feeling good - lovely painting!

Strum - that mixed media piece is fantastic. What size is it? Must have taken quite a while!

    Very nice piece Cerque.

That took about 3 years on and off CG. It's 5 feet by 2 and a half and the surface stands about 4 inches out.
Thanks for the like and comment. :)

Acrylic, I will start using oil some day soon.

Thank you very much. I have been doing it since last summer. I started mainly out of boredom, I listened to a lot of music over the summer, mainly this kind of stuff. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D5zYw4rAq1U
which really helped me see the things i was doing.

I love that painting Feeling Good and Strum's Dirty Dublin is also amazing.

    OMG, 3 years!!!
You've chosen the very right colour for the sky (Dirty Dublin), really impressive, creates this feeling of anxiety.
And I like your doggy too, his eyes and nose look sooo realistic!

    Yeah, thats really inspiring....
As for me I find my inspiration listening to Jeann Michel Jarre (sorry for off topic).

I had a look at your portraits, Strum. They are really good, definite likeness!
It looks great when face is black and white and just slight touches of colour added. And so lively EYES!

I don't really want to link to a lot of images and clog up the page, but if you are interested I have a Deviantart account and have some stuff of mine uploaded there.

I like drawing; mostly with pencil, but also colouring pencil and charcoal. I tried a couple of other things, too, over the years and at the moment I am mainly playing around with Photoshop. Last year I bought a graphic tablet so I want to get into drawing with that one as well. I really want to get more creative and get back in touch with that side of me now. It just feels like I should. :)

Here is the link if you want to check out my work.
    http://indigo-inferno.deviantart.com/gallery/

Here is an example, too. It's about nine years old at this stage though. ;)

Well, I did study interior design for a while. Sorry the picture isn't great; I took it with my mobile. :/

    Hope you like it. :)

Great works NorthWestArt, I like this "wet window" imression (as you are looking through the window at rainy night).
