I am currently doing a bit of research into hosting companies Irish and otherwise and I came across these guys.

Does anyone know anything about them?

Looking at there site - just like a multitude of pre-made template packages ....Wouldn't touch em meself

Yep a tad expensive alright but only collecting info. Was more curious about the company as I have never heard of them.

They are just a reseller or something - the whois.sc record shows that the IP is from Arizona

Yes. All hosters are listed in the databases here and stats are updated each month.
