HELP!! Imate Jam won't turn on!!

The battery died in my imate jam today - i didn't home in time to charge it :( I've been trying to charge it but it won't give me a charging light with the battery in unless I take the back off. :confused: Any ideas? I only have it since June! :( :( :( :( :(

It sounds like a connection problem, can you bring it back to the shop ? It would be under warranty.
