    Anyone know of a service that automatically checks your website every few minutes and emails or txts you when theres a problem?

    Try Google. There are hundreds in there :D .

    Alertra is pretty good, but can be quite expensive.

    Servers Alive: www.woodstone.nu/salive/ is something I use to monitor various ports and services.

    The free trial version can do some basic monitoring for you.

    I'm not interested in a search engine, peoples recomendations are better, thanks guys for your posts.
