    Hi Guys,
    Am looking to increase my hardrive space considerably. I am looking for a terabyte box.
    I want it to be neat and dont want to have external hardrives sitting all over me gaff. I currently have a 250 gig external hardrive that is bursting at the seems.
    I came across this badboy on the net - Buffalo Terastation.

    I was wondering does anyone know where i might get something similar here in Ireland or closer to home than America?

    They would sell it for: $920
    Shipping to Ireland : $74
    Total: $994
    When you convert this to Euro and add the Import tax of 21% you get the grand total of €990 apx. Basically a euro a gig.

    What I am trying to find out is:
    1)Is this a good price for a hardrive like this?
    2)Is there a cheaper alternative that is as good and that I can get locally? :D
    3)The fact that it would be coming from america what compatability issues should I be aware of?
