When can you lawfully do a u turn ? I see some traffic lights with filter arrows specifically for drivers who want to u turn. However, are you entitled to u turn otherwise ? I ask because I have recently lost several opportunities to turn right because the guy two cars in front wants to u turn and slows up everyone behind…

I see some traffic lights with filter arrows specifically for drivers who want to u turn. However, are you entitled to u turn otherwise ?

I ask because I have recently lost several opportunities to turn right because the guy two cars in front wants to u turn and slows up everyone behind him while does it and we miss the filter arrow !!
