i have to do an historical study for history lc, and i have chosen pericles. does anyone know of any good books about him, not including plutarch? some of the books i have found, like by rex warner, don't seem to be available. if you know where to find the rex warner book, please tell me also. thanking you.

google pericles site:gutenberg.org - a lot of sifting to do.

A good book I can recommend is "Pericles of Athens" by Donald Kagan , which gives Pericles' biographical details and the background to the Athenian society he grew up in.
