Failing that a good cup of tea with a small bit of milk.

Occasionally a green or peppermint tea late in the evening.

I vote coffee !!! I only like coffee if it's the real stuff not instant kind. I have a coffee machine at home and found French "Carté Noir" is the nicest even in instant variation. I take my coffee black with one sugar in the morning. Butler's Chocolate Mocha is also beautiful. I do like peppermint and Chinese green jasmine tea though but not the milky, sugary black tea my parents drink!!!

i was really sad yesterday i just lay in bed playing guitar all day cose that always cheers me up
but i felt really low and whenever i think of school i fell like poo
