3rd Science General Statistics or 2nd Science Computer Science, depending on results.

On a side note, my first post on an internet forum.
A day and a half was longer than I was expecting for the automatic activation email, but it doesn't matter now :) .

ah i did ordinary maths since the junior cert and got 57% for the year in maths...and i didn't have a choice of anything, just had to do it
    it's not too bad

to keep it on topic: 2nd science again

I should be ok then. I struggled away at honours until about April this year and ended up with an A1 in ordinary maths. I was just worried about the standard.

Hi. I had the same problem. It took two and a half days for me to get my activation email though.

First Post here, so be nice.

I'm going into 1st BSc Comp Science.
There seems to be a lot of BA Comp Science people here. Does everyone hate maths like me?! I think I'm in the wrong course!
    welcome :)
Like Tribulus said... don't worry about maths. As long as you keep up the work during the year, go to your tutorials and lectures (usual stuff...) you'll be grand.
And 1st CS is easy enough... again just go to lectures and labs.
Enjoy 1st year... it's probably the best year you'll have in science. :)

    Engineering: 4
    Commerce: 4
    Law: 1
    Veterinary: 1

My counts at 105 posts were as follows:

College of Arts & Celtic Studies 20
College of Business and Law 5
    College of Human Sciences 4
    College of Life Sciences 3
College of Electrical, Electronic and Mechanical Engineering 15

There were also 6 I could not classify, e.g. Geography and Italian (Human Sciences and Arts & Celtic Studies).
