Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Ok, ive managed to live my life up until now without a mobile phone but no longer...

    so my question is -

whats the best option - provider, package, handset for someone wholl prob only be using the phone for very limited use (maybe a dozen calls and say in and around 50 sms a week).
    pay to go or bill?
are gprs, camera, etc.. worth having?

btw ive tried the search engine on this forum but its not working for me...

    50 SMS?
That's not limited usage. I would consider that quite a lot....
Anyway Meteor Pay as you Go.
20c calls, all the time, whoever you're calling.
9c texts but if you buy a text bundle you get 150 for 7.50e, which is 5c each.
The lower tariffs on bill pay won't beat that.

I've been a meteor customer for 2 years and never had coverage problems. If I were you I would look at 3 also. Their Bill pay packages have alot of free minutes/SMS.

would definetly recommend meteor they now have a deal with o2 so the coverage is great these days!! they are by far the cheapest and they have a nokia 3200 for €80 with €80 free call credit!! the best all round package at the minute i think!! nokias are easy to use and the 3200 is a great little phone!!

No, I definitely wouldn't recommend the 3200. Worst phone Nokia ever made.
The Siemens CFX65 isn't great either.
Go for a Nokia 3120 or 1101. New, reliable phones. 89e and 49e respectively.
