A pair of camera recommendations needed

I need two camera recommondations: Camera 1 needs to be as cheap as chips, robust and no need for a high amount of megapixels or fancy features. It's going to be a nephew's first camera so no need for anything fancy. Camera 2 needs to be small enough (i.e. not like the Fuji s5500 I have), about 200/250 euros, it'll be used…

Argos have got some cheap Vivitar cameras starting at 80 euro.
