26 minutes is all I get out of a 1 hour mpg

Does anyone have a clue why a DVD player would stop playing a MPG file after 26 minutes, even though the MPG file is over 1 hour long. It happens nomatter what MPG file I use. I end up having to split the MPG file into 3 serperate parts and playing them individually, once their under 26minutes long the DVD player is fine…

Hyundai DVD-320a

I'm recording files using my TV card in my pc, it records a MPG file. I burn the MPG file onto my DVD+RW and then pop it into the DVD player. All I get is 26minutes..... ? I've tried different DVD+RW media aswell
