The film will be coming out on DVD in the first quarter of 2006 with an English dub featuring the same cast as the Standalone Complex. Never mind your internet forums, just ask the people who publish the damn things I say, he told me more in 30 words than I've been able to find out in a year. Sorry if this is old news to some people, I only just found out myself..
