I don't know how reasonable this is, but i'd like to try and get some interesting spirits for a friend's wedding.
What i had in mind was:
    Mozart Black Chocolate liqueur
    Or a polish vodka: Zubrowka

Is there a shop in dublin somewhere i might inquire?

Most smaller wine shops do a good line in liquers, or can order them in.
There is a wine place near the mansion house, same road on the opposite side nearer the green.

That place specialises in whiskeys. Try an Oddbins, the one in Baggot St does a good selection.

Thanks i was actually calling into various Off Licenses and asking for it.
Some place referred me to this offy in Ranelagh, next to the McDonald's and i was quite impressed with their selection.
But they also didn't have the Mozart Chocolate Liqueur (i forgot to inquire about the Zubrowka).
But your man believes i won't find it in Ireland.

I think that you can get Zybrowka in a polish shop near Parnell Square, dunno the exact location of the shop though.
