    I have a webpage made and was wondering if theres anyway of setting it up so it will fit IE properly no matter what screen resolution someone is using

    No but there are some things you can do to improve its look in different window sizes.
    Google for fluid layouts. I am assuming you are talking about html web sites.

    Show us a link to what you have at the moment :)

    Seriously... it could be something as simple as changing your tables to use percentages for widths rather than fixed pixel values, - but we'd have to see what it is you're working with.
