Phone Code for Sagem

HI, I recently bought a new meteor sim card, when i put in into my sagem my x5 2 , its asks for my pin number , this goes in fine, then it asks me for a phone code, I rang meteor and they were no help??? anyone got any suggestions??

Either try your pin again or try the phones security code (12345 on most phones), also try 0000 as well!!

Is the phone already on Meteor? It could be looking for an unlock code either if its on Vodafone?
