The primary role of the retention agent will be to identify why customers have not used their Broadband account, work towards addressing/resolving their issues and retain them on the service.


Key Tasks


¨ The agent will call specific Broadband customers to identify why they have not used their Broadband service.



¨ The agent will attempt to resolve the customers issue and ensure they are using the Broadband account by the end of the call.



¨ The agent will

- advise the customer of the benefits of existing package

- advise the customer of the current promotions on offer

- set the customer up on AVAS and Broadband Guardian free trial



¨ The agent will handle outbound phone calls using the following;

a) Internet and PC knowledge

b) Extensive knowledge of existing Broadband packages/promotions

c) Strong Strong Customer service & communication skills



¨ Contribute to overall team performance, including support and assistance of other team members.

10 candidates required

Training starts Weds 31st August

Training will run Weds - Fri, 9 am - 5pm

Shifts for the role are evenings and Saturdays 18:00 - 21:00

Monday to Friday

09:00 - 17:30 on Saturdays

The rate is EUR 9.50 an hour

Holidays are acrued
