Now I am getting up to 44bps out of it which at first delighted me...but then i found that in reality it was runnig slower than ever(up to 5mins to get into irc and when there pings of over 3mins!!being examples of its turtlesness).
So does any saintly soul out there know what could be the problem and more importantly how i could fix it??
