    Double Room available in 4 bedroom house on Ellesmere Avenue, Dublin 7 (beside Hanlon's Corner on the North Circular Road).
    Sharing with 2 guys and one girl. Anti smoking militants need not apply!
    Bigish old style town house with cable TV, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, currently sorting out broadband, gas central heating.
    10 minute bus journey or 25-30 minute walk to city centre.
    Rent €375 per month. Bills are extra and are split 4 ways. Deposit €375 needed too. If interested PM me.
